How to build an affordable longevity stack

Get the most effective longevity supplements for the least cost

Build an affordable longevity stack  by mixing Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint with Do Not Age Health Research Organization for the cleanest ingredients with third party testing.

(Be forewarned! I’m just a lowly human trying not to die and not a medical authority. And there are affiliate links so I can afford not to die)

I’ve found a great stack at Bryan Johnson’s site after watching his documentary: Don’t Die, but there is even more to know, and you can add to his  stacks with other education and products from donotage.org*(my handy customer link so I get points)

I have been researching supplements and have taken many different longevity protocols but his Blueprint truly makes it easy and a bit less expensive. The people at Blueprint are sticklers for purity of ingredients and have genuine third-party documentation that is easy to download.

Optimize your Blueprint Stack with single ingredients from Do Not Age

But there are some supplements that Bryan Johnson at Blueprint* (affiliate link) is missing for true longevity that you might want to add.Blueprint makes it accessible and affordable to start feeling better fast. The second company I trust, and love is donotage.org.

They have mostly single ingredients and a high level of education and information about their process and products. They also offer high purity and easy access to genuine third-party documentation on all their products.

How Blueprint by Bryan Johnson Works

Blueprint is a simplified longevity protocol with pre-regulated stacks of ingredients that work well for most humans. His combined supplements and powders take out the guesswork for which things you really need.

He has spent 5 years working with a team of scientists figuring out what actually works by trial and error and by combing through the studies. He tests them out on himself and others on his team to see if biomarkers improve significantly..

But I wish Blueprint would give more information about what each ingredient actually does. That’s were donotage.org comes in handy. They are a group of scientists who do longevity studies and have detailed descriptions of many of the same products as Blueprint and what they do. So, you can go over to their site and cross reference the Blueprint ingredients.

How do you know what’s really going to work?

You have to do some research, but it is possible to learn how to get yourself on the right track when you use ethical resources like Blueprint and donotage.org

Below is a breakdown by product for Blueprint stacks and then the list of products at donotage.org that you might want to add or try out to see if they help. There is a lot of overlap between the two resources.

Blueprint doesn’t give very in-depth descriptions of what the products do and it’s hard to read the exact amounts of each ingredient on their site without enlarging your screen. But you can head over to donotage.org to get more info on many of the same ingredients at Do not Age.

But to balance out its shortcomings, Blueprint offers more options for biomarker testing than donotage.org and has a robust YouTube channel for education.

Supplements missing from Blueprint that I might order from donotage.org

The nice thing about donotage.org is that they give detailed descriptions and doses of each ingredient. They offer mostly single ingredients so it’s easy to try one out and add it to your Blueprint stack.

I will probably try out one ingredient and then buy single ingredients in bulk if they make a difference. Their yearly subscription offering reduces the price often by half.

donotage.org is a health research team of scientists in the UK that carries out clinical studies and has third-party testing certificates for each product. They are a great resources for longevity education.

Blueprint has some omega 3 and 6 in their protein powder but I  might want to try adding a bit more since I am not eating his macadamia snacks, and see if my joints and mood improve faster. Individuals absorb this nutrient differently so some people need more omega 3, Especially if you don’t eat fish.

Do I need these extra products from donotage.org?

It could be that I don’t need any of the donotage.org products.

Maybe the synergy of the Blueprint products working together along with caloric restriction and proper exercise and  the sleep protocol will do the trick for reversing some of my aging.
Or maybe I will find that one or two products from donotage.org will make a huge difference. Only time and testing will tell.

For me (and for most of us) it’s a race against time.

At 65 is reducing and reversing some of the brain and body damage I have already incurred is my top priority.

I have so many things to do and I don’t want to be mentally and physically feeble for the last years of life if there is any way to avoid that horrid fate.

Is it really feasible to reverse aging even if you’re not rich like Bryan Johnson?

I think it will be very soon and it will cost a lot less than what we are doing now with sickness care!

We want to preserve cognitive function and youthful energy into old age so we need to build the best anti-aging longevity stack and protocols we can within the budget we have at the moment, right?

We need affordability. Blueprint offers some great options but donotage.org offers bulk options which bring the price down on items blueprint doesn’t offer that you might want to try once you start feeling better and want to tweak your dosage.

And you can’t wait around for the medical system to wake up to the idea of prevention rather than the pathetic sickness-care system we have right now.

If we wait for double blind studies for every ingredient you and I and everyone we love will all be dead before the medical insanity stops.

The medical system in the US waits until people are already sick from preventative lifestyle diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, metabolic syndrome/obesity and many cancers. Often people are too sick to reverse the illness by the time they start getting treatments.

This is the stupidest, most expensive tactic ever. But this is how it is done here. If you don’t want to be another medical statistic, it’s better to take your health into your own hands as quickly as possible.

That was why I was excited to finally watch the Bryan Johnson documentary and to find that he has a website dedicated to longevity that is somewhat accessible.

I was skeptical at first because of the previews on Netflix showing off his ripped chest and tummy.

But it turns out he is not a narcissistic asshole at all but a well-meaning guy who wants to save humanity (and he happens to like showing off his muscular torso to boot).

It isn’t cheap to get into longevity “stacks” but you might as well put your money into prevention instead of paying that same money for extra sickness- insurance and all the meds you will need for those lifestyle diseases if you follow the normal route.

Longevity protocols are not yet accessible to everyone, but if you can scrape together an extra $100 to 400 per month for preventive supplements it is worth it to cut back somewhere else, in the long run.

Johnson has lost weight and reversed his aging to record levels of health in a few short years with protocols that many of us can actually afford to do.

What really got me to look at his Blueprint site was that he was chronically depressed and suicidal for 10 years. He was unable to stop eating junk food before he got his health protocols together. Junk food addiction is something I have struggled with all my life.

Once he started supplementing and switched to a whole foods plant-based diet which got his sleep corrected, he stopped being depressed and was able to stop eating junk food. He is now a happy productive person doing things that are meaningful to him.

Longevity could be just as profitable as disease

The sad thing is that the greedy pharmaceutical-insurance rats nest could be making just as much money by selling us on prevention as they do on sickness care.
They could be selling us cutting-edge gadgets,  yearly blood tests, protocols, supplements and clean organic food to keep us from getting sick in the first place. This could all start in childhood, giving them many more people to charge money to a lot earlier.
Instead of addressing the cause of most diseases they’re busy stringing older sick people along on toxic pharmaceuticals that keep them chronically ill long enough to squeeze the last penny out of them before they croak.

Other ideas to add to your longevity protocol

Trace minerals, Brian takes them in his water but doesn’t offer a full spectrum trace mineral in his stack.

Shilajit also offered by Trace is another way to boost minerals that may work better for some people.

Soil depletion is one of the biggest hidden health issues we have in urban areas, besides lack of proper sleep and healthful nutrition.

Heavy metal cleansing protocols that may also help to remove microplastics

All cleansing protocols should be done separately from nutrients and supplements

Dr, Kaufman’s pine protocol may hold some promise with getting rid of heavy metals safely.

cilantro extract helps with safely removing heavy metals over time

Zeolite is a safe protocol for extracting heavy metals over time

triphila is a good overall large intestine cleanse to use periodically

Water-only fasting: True North Fasting center protocols, fasting can be a way to jumpstart your health with detoxing heavy metals, microplastics, faster healing, lowering BP, and learning to stop making bad food choices.

Healthy food tastes boring when you are used to junk food so fasting is a way to reset your tastebuds and mindset. Healthy food tastes delicious after a few days or weeks of no food!

In conclusion, you can watch the Bryan Johnson documentary and start with just one or two changes or if you have the time and money go all out right away with the full stack!
